We verify compatibility on every order before dispatching. If we need to contact you about your vehicle, we'll email you within 24 hours of your order.
Delivery times by region
Tracking
All orders include a tracking number sent by email once dispatched. You can use this to follow your kit from our warehouse to your door. If you haven't received a tracking email within 4 business days of ordering, contact us.
International customs & duties
All import duties, taxes, and customs fees are covered — there are no surprise charges when your kit arrives. What you pay at checkout is all you pay.
Lost or damaged shipments
If your kit arrives damaged or is lost in transit, contact us immediately with your order number and photos where applicable. We'll arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.
Returns & Warranty
We cover all return shipping costs — no matter the reason. You'll never be out of pocket for a return.

1-Year Warranty
Every kit includes a 1-year warranty against manufacturing defects. Extended 2- and 3-year coverage is available at checkout.
How to Start a Return
Email support@audicarplayau.com with your order number and reason. We respond within 24 hours with return instructions and a prepaid label.
Refund Timeline
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund is processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Return eligibility
To be eligible for a full refund, the item must be unused and in its original packaging. Items that have been installed or show signs of use may not qualify for a full refund unless faulty. If you contacted us prior to purchase and we confirmed compatibility but the kit does not work with your vehicle, we provide a full refund including return shipping.
