We stand behind every kit we sell. If you're not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund - no questions asked.
Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, in its original packaging. Items that have been installed or show signs of use may not qualify for a full refund.
How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please contact us at support@audicarplay.com with your order number and reason for return. We will respond within 24 hours with return instructions and a return shipping label where applicable.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit applied to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Damaged or Faulty Items
If your kit arrives damaged or is found to be faulty, please contact us immediately with photos of the item. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you, including return shipping.
Compatibility Issues
We strongly recommend verifying compatibility before purchasing using our compatibility checker. If you contacted us prior to purchase and we confirmed compatibility but the kit does not work with your vehicle, we will provide a full refund including return shipping.
Non-Returnable Items
Items returned more than 30 days after delivery, items that have been installed and show signs of use (unless faulty), and items not in original packaging may not be accepted for return.
Shipping Costs
We cover all return shipping costs on every order - no matter the reason for the return. Original shipping charges are also fully refundable. For international orders, we take full responsibility for any import duties, taxes, or tariffs incurred upon arrival in your country. You will never be out of pocket for a return.
