Audi CarPlay Australia / Audi CarPlay Upgrades is a Sydney-based independent aftermarket supplier. We are not affiliated with Audi AG or Volkswagen Group. Contact: audicarplaysupport@gmail.com.
Compatibility and product selection
Compatibility depends on the actual factory multimedia system, connectors, audio system and selected upgrade, not vehicle year alone. Supply accurate vehicle details and requested photographs. We confirm the configuration before dispatch; unclear vehicles require manual assessment. Factory features, audio routing and any additional adapters depend on the confirmed configuration.
Prices, payment and installation
Prices are displayed in Australian dollars unless another currency is expressly selected. Review the final checkout total, delivery charges and selected extras before payment. Where installation is quoted separately, checkout pays for the product only; the installation cost, location charges and camera labour must be agreed separately before work proceeds. Optional extras are not compulsory.
Availability and delivery
Availability and dispatch location depend on the vehicle-specific unit. Products may be dispatched from an overseas supplier. Delivery windows are estimates, not guaranteed arrival dates. We provide tracking when available; label creation alone does not confirm carrier collection. Contact us about a delay or incorrect delivery.
Installation and support
Use the installation instructions for the supplied unit. If uncertain, use a qualified installer. DIY installation does not automatically remove consumer rights. Damage caused by incorrect installation is assessed separately from a manufacturing fault. Support is available by email; response times depend on business hours and request complexity.
Warranty and returns
A standard 12-month warranty covers manufacturing faults, with compatibility and installation support. Any purchased extended warranty is governed by its stated terms. We do not offer change-of-mind returns. Read the Refund & Returns Policy for fault, compatibility and remedy assessment. These terms do not exclude or restrict Australian Consumer Law guarantees or other applicable statutory rights.

Product images and examples illustrate the relevant upgrade; confirm the exact supplied configuration before purchase. Customer feedback is a customer opinion rather than a guarantee of results. Do not reproduce our content without permission or submit misleading material.
