Our team verifies your Audi model and MMI type before packing.
Dispatched
Kit is packed and handed to the courier - tracking emailed to you.
Delivered
Kit arrives at your door, ready to install.
Dispatch time: 1–2 business days
We verify compatibility on every order before dispatching. If we need to contact you about your vehicle, we'll email you within 24 hours of your order.
Delivery times by region
Tracking
All orders include a tracking number sent by email once dispatched. You can use this to follow your kit from our warehouse to your door. If you haven't received a tracking email within 4 business days of ordering, contact us.
International customs & duties
All import duties, taxes, and customs fees are covered - there are no surprise charges when your kit arrives. What you pay at checkout is all you pay.
Lost or damaged shipments
If your kit arrives damaged or is lost in transit, contact us immediately with your order number and photos where applicable. We'll arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.
