The kit routes audio through the A4's factory sound system. If your A4 has Bang & Olufsen or the standard Audi sound system, it continues to work exactly as before.
Siri & Voice Control
Trigger Siri or Google Assistant from the A4's steering wheel to send messages, set reminders and pick music hands-free.
Steering Wheel Controls
Volume, track skip, voice and call buttons on the A4 steering wheel work natively with CarPlay and Android Auto — nothing needs remapping.
Reverse Camera Retained
The module runs alongside the factory MMI, so the A4's reverse camera, parking sensors and driver aids keep working.

How do I know which MMI my A4 has?
Look at the centre console controller and screen. A plain rotary dial with a colour screen usually indicates MMI 2G or 3G. A touchpad on the dial indicates MMI 3G+. Newer flat menus indicate MIB or MIB3. If unsure, send us a photo of your centre console.
Will my A4's Bang & Olufsen system still work?
Yes. The kit routes audio through the factory sound system, so Bang & Olufsen and the standard Audi audio system both continue to work. The CarPlay module does not replace the factory amplifier or speakers.
Does the A4 steering wheel controls work with CarPlay?
Yes. Volume, track skip, voice and call buttons on the A4 steering wheel work natively with Apple CarPlay and Android Auto — nothing needs remapping or coding.
Will my A4 reverse camera still work?
