How factory navigation and Audi CarPlay coexist

• Press MEDIA and select CarPlay to use Apple Maps, Google Maps or Waze
• Press NAV at any time to return to the factory Audi navigation
• Switch back and forth freely without restarting anything

Your factory navigation maps, saved addresses, and settings are completely untouched.

Which navigation do most owners prefer?

Most owners default to Google Maps or Apple Maps via CarPlay for daily navigation. Live traffic, speed cameras, real-time rerouting, and always-current maps give a noticeably better experience than the static factory navigation maps. The factory nav remains available whenever you need it.
